The whole car, about 2 to 3 hours
Car wash and detail in Los Angeles, the whole car
Our longest visit. We wash the outside by hand and clean the inside front to back, and the child seats come out so the seat under them gets cleaned too.
On every visit
The whole car is the visit for a car that carries a family through the week. It has everything in the Outside and Inside visits, and it leaves time for the jobs a shorter visit has to work around.
What only the whole car includes
- Child seats lifted out, the seat under them cleaned
- Floor mats washed and dried
- Spills on the seats spot-cleaned
Around those, the rest of both visits. Outside, the hand wash from the roof down, the wheels and tires, the door jambs and the glass dried by hand. Inside, the seats and seat tracks, the carpets and mats, the cupholders and door pockets, the dash, the vents and the inside glass.

When to choose it
- A child seat with crumbs and a dried juice spill underneath
- Mats with beach sand worked down into them
- A spill on the second row that has started to show
- A car that has had nothing more than a quick wash since spring
When we come
- Inside first. The child seats come out, and the mats come out to be washed and dried.
- We clean the cabin front to back and spot-clean the spills on the seats.
- Then the outside, from the roof down, with the windows and mirrors dried by hand at the end.
What decides the price
- The size of the car: a car, a family car with a third row, or a truck or van
- Dog hair, a set-in stain or a smoke smell, which take longer
- Another car at your address, priced with this one as one visit
Tell us about them when you ask, and they go into the price we give you. If we find more to do once we're there, the price we agreed is still the price you pay. The rest goes on the note, for you to decide on another day.
What you come back to
The whole car done in one visit, with the seat under the child seat clean and the mats washed and dried. What we saw and left alone, like a stain that only faded or a chip in the windshield, goes on the note under Noticed. Anything worth doing on a later visit goes under Next time. Nobody tries to sell you anything.
What stays as it is
We tell you before we start whether a stain will lift or only fade. Sun-faded plastic and burns stay as they are. A heavy smoke smell gets lighter and can need a second visit.
Questions about the whole car
Do I have to stay with the car?
No. Meet us at the start so we can walk the car together, then go about your day. The note is on the mirror when you get back.
Can I move or cancel the visit?
Yes. Tell us by 6 pm the day before and there's no charge.
