Times are for a car. A family car with a third row, a truck or a van takes a little longer.
Dog hair, a set-in stain, smoke or a third row of seats take longer. Tell us about them when you ask, and they go into the price we give you.
Not sure which? Tell us about the car and we'll say.

Interior cleaning
The inside is the part you'll judge.
It's where you sit every day, so it gets most of the visit. We work front to back, and the hard places get the same time as the rest, like the seat tracks and the gap beside the console.
A summer in the sun bakes spills into the fabric, and beach sand works its way under the mats. Both take time to get out, and every visit is booked with that time in it.
We tell you before we start whether one will lift or only fade. Sun-faded plastic and burns stay as they are. A heavy smoke smell gets lighter and can need a second visit.
How it works
How a visit goes.
Every visit ends with a note like this one on your mirror, listing what we did and anything we noticed.
Tell us about the car and where it sits.
The form takes about 2 minutes, or call us.
We call you back with a price and a time.
Within 2 hours, Monday to Saturday between 8 in the morning and 6 in the evening. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
We arrive in a one-hour window and walk the car with you.
We text when we're on the way. If you're out, we send photos of the car as we found it.
We take our time, inside first, and leave the note.
It hangs on the mirror, with a copy sent to your phone. You pay once the visit is done.

FAQ
Common questions
How much does a visit cost?
It depends on the visit you choose and the size of the car, plus anything that takes extra time, like dog hair. We give you the price when we call back, and nothing is booked until you say yes.
What if you find more to do once you're there?
The price we agreed is still the price you pay. Anything we notice that it doesn't cover goes on the note, for you to decide on another day.
How long does a visit take?
On a car, about an hour for the outside, about 2 hours for the inside and 2 to 3 hours for the whole car. A third row, a truck or a van adds a little time.
Do I have to wait with the car?
No. Meet us at the start so we can walk the car together, then go about your day. If you can't be there, leave the key where we agree and we send photos of the car as we found it. The note is on the mirror when you get back, with a copy on your phone.
What should I do before you come?
Take out valuables and anything you'd rather we didn't move. Leave the crumbs and the sand to us. We bring our own vacuums, brushes, cloths and cleaners.
Do you get dog hair out?
Yes, from the seats, the carpets and the cargo floor. Tell us about the dog when you ask, and the extra time goes into your price.
Can I move or cancel a visit?
Yes. Tell us by 6 pm the day before and there's no charge.
Can you do both our cars while you're here?
Yes. Two cars at the same address make one visit, with one price for both, and each car gets its own note.
Your car, where it already is.
Tell us about it and where it sits. We'll call you back with a price and a time.
