Car seat and upholstery cleaning in Los Angeles

Spills, set-in stains, dog hair and a smoke smell, worked on in the seats where the car is parked. We tell you before we start whether a stain will lift or only fade.

LA Car Spa

On every visit

  • A written note of everything we did
  • We walk the car with you before we start
  • A one-hour arrival window
  • Missed something? We come back and put it right

Cloth seats keep a record of the car's year, like the juice box that leaked on the second row or the dog that rides in the back every weekend. A fresh spill usually lifts. A summer in the sun bakes spills into the fabric, and an older stain may only fade.

What we work on in the seats

  • Spills on the seats, spot-cleaned
  • Crumbs and sand from the seams, the seat tracks and the gap beside the console
  • Dog hair from the seats, the carpets and the cargo floor
  • Set-in stains, with the time they take built into the price
  • A smoke smell, which gets lighter and can need a second visit
A child seat rests on a gray blanket on the driveway while a hand brushes crumbs off the minivan seat it came from.

Which visit it is

Spot-cleaning the seats is part of the whole car, which also lifts the child seats out so the seat under them gets done. The Inside visit vacuums the seats and seat tracks and wipes the hard surfaces, without the spot-cleaning. Not sure which fits? Tell us about the seats and we'll say.

Signs the seats need more than a vacuum

  • A ring where a drink dried into the cloth
  • A sticky patch where a juice box leaked into the seat
  • Dog hair worked so far into the cloth that a household vacuum leaves it behind
  • A darker patch on the driver's seat, where you sit every day

When we come

  1. We look at each stain with you before we start, and tell you which will lift and which will only fade.
  2. We work seat by seat, then move on to the carpets and the cargo floor if a dog rides there.
  3. Anything that only got lighter goes on the note, with the seat it's on.

What decides the price

  • The size of the car and how many rows of seats it has
  • How much dog hair there is, and where
  • How many stains there are, and how long they've been there
  • Whether there's a smoke smell

When you ask, tell us which seats are stained and whether there's a dog or a smoke smell, and they go into the price we give you. The price is agreed before we come. If the seats need more than we agreed, you decide before we do any of it.

What stays as it is

Burns and sun-faded plastic stay as they are. A stain that has been through a summer may only get lighter. We tell you which when we walk the car, before any of the work starts.

What you come back to

Seats spot-cleaned one by one, and the dog hair out of the cloth and the carpets. The note on the mirror says which stains lifted and which only got lighter.

Questions about seats and stains

Do you get dog hair out?

Yes, from the seats, the carpets and the cargo floor. Tell us about the dog when you ask, and the extra time goes into your price.

Can you get a smoke smell out?

We make it lighter. A heavy smoke smell can need a second visit, and we tell you that before we start.

What if you missed a spot?

Tell us within 48 hours of the visit. We come back at a time that suits you and put it right, at no charge. If it's a stain we said would only fade, the note already says so.

How it works

How a visit goes.

Every visit ends with a note like this one on your mirror, listing what we did and anything we noticed.

  1. Tell us about the car and where it sits.

The form takes about 2 minutes, or call us.

  2. We call you back with a price and a time.

Within 2 hours, Monday to Saturday between 8 in the morning and 6 in the evening. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

  3. We arrive in a one-hour window and walk the car with you.

We text when we're on the way. If you're out, we send photos of the car as we found it.

  4. We take our time, inside first, and leave the note.

It hangs on the mirror, with a copy sent to your phone. You pay once the visit is done.
